Gathering of Eagles attendees will hear from Denee Evans, a MLS leader with a vision of the future. She will be sharing the game plan for MLS innovation opportunities and opportunities on June 21.
Evans is the CEO of Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS). The company is made up of more than 225 MLS agencies and assists them in enhancing performance, exceeding consumer expectations, and modernizing.
Evans has worked for many Fortune 500 companies over her long career. She also worked for the government. Before joining CMLS, Evans pioneered a program to create a low-interest revolving credit fund for energy-efficient home renovations. She was a 2019 RealTrends Game Changer, 2020 HousingWire Women in Influence, and a nine-time winner of the Swanepoel Power 200 award.
Evan’s panel is “Forging Ahead”: Innovation and Collaboration within MLS. Gene Millman, Bright MLS president Brian Donnellan, REColorado’s CEO Gene Millman and David Charron, presidents of MRIS Investor, are joining her on stage.
Evans and these industry leaders will discuss how real estate brokerages are changing their relationship with the MLS. They will also discuss the future MLS, including new technologies, portals and strategies to generate leads.
