Cubicasa and UtahRealEstate.com partner on their floor plan program

Cubicasa, a Finnish real estate software company, has partnered UtahRealEstate.com for its floor plan partnership program. It was launched last December. This announcement comes almost a month after Cubicasa announced its partnership with Georgia MLS.
CubiCasa offers free floor plans to MLSs. They also get discounts on add-ons such as digital GLA or expedited delivery, property information, and a list real estate photographers.
“In launching the program, we wanted further empower key industry players to include digital floor plans in every listing in U.S.” stated Jeff Allen, CubiCasa president, in a prepared statement.
According to the statement, this partnership will enable UtahRealEstate.com access to additional property data and digitized information. The MLS will also release a listing management feature that will improve floor plan usage.
According to the 2022 National Association of Realtors’ Home Buyers and Sellers Generational Trends Report, floor plans are at 55% the most sought-after listing feature by homebuyers. Photos (84%), and detailed information about the properties for sale (88%) are also top choices.
UtahRealEstate.com offers its services to approximately 20,000 real estate professionals, and nearly 96% of Utah Realtors. It is currently working on a media upload tool that will allow users to upload floor plans to their listings. The feature allows potential buyers to see the layout of a property before they visit.
CubiCasa CEO Brad Bjelke stated, “In today’s constantly evolving realty market, it is important to provide as much data as possible on a property.”
PrimeMLS was CubiCasa’s first partnership. Other partnerships include the Georgia MLS and New Mexico MLS.
In August 2022, the company launched its free floor planning technology. More than 1,000,000 floor plans have been created since then. It also saw a 455% increase in user signups over the previous year and a 98% rise in new real-estate scans in the U.S.
The technology is currently being used in 172 countries.
