Trent, a top-producing luxury residential real estate agent, hails from Southern California. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2009 and was drafted by Cincinnati Bengals in 2009. During the off-seasons, he continued to work in realty.
Trent works with agent Andi McAfee. She holds real estate licenses for California and South Carolina, and is a member of The Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
“The Christie’s International Real Estate brand alone gives me the look and feel that I wasn’t able attain at other brokerages, and it is much more aligned to where we see Trent Luxury going in the next several years,” Trent stated in a prepared statement.
Trent sold 5 Avalon Vista (a $21 million property) and 627 Moreno (a $19.5 million property). His firm was also responsible in the largest Westwood home transaction of 2022. Trent represented Russell Westbrook, a member of the L.A. Lakers, in the sale of a Brentwood property worth $36.5 million.

Kirman made a similar move as Trent’s last year when he quit Compass and started his own company in partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate. Trent will now be working alongside Kirman, a top real estate broker and CNBC’s star of “Listing Impossible”.
Kirman’s Beverly Hills team includes 160 agents and 14 full-time support personnel. The total luxury real estate sales are $14 billion, with $1.6 Billion in 2022 and $1.119 Billion in 2021. It has offices in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
The Aaron Kirman Group (or AKG) ranked fourth in California in 2022 RealTrends America’s Best rankings – mega teams by sales volume category.

@properties, a Chicago-based realty technology company, acquired Christie’s in 2021. Christie’s has renewed or signed on more than 20 affiliate brokerages since then. @properties was ranked ninth in the RealTrends 500 as the largest residential brokerage firm in the U.S. with closed sales of more than $23.9 million in 2021.
Christie’s is currently operating in nearly 50 countries and territories via its invitation-only affiliate network, which includes approximately 90 member firms.
