Redfin now offers a home list-making tool in Favorites

Redfin has recently launched Favorites Lists, a new feature that allows users to organize their homes into customized lists. This feature is built on Redfin’s existing Favorites tool.
The new tool allows users the ability to group multiple homes into different categories such as rentals or homes with kitchens. Users can also create lists to save specific types of properties. Redfin says the tool allows users to create new and add to existing lists. Users can create up to 100 lists.
According to Redfin, nearly seven out of ten Redfin app users use the Favorites feature. Nearly 40% of Redfin users have saved a list with more than 30 homes.
Redfin agent Kelly Khalil in Phoenix said that buyers often search for homes in different areas or consider renting before making a decision if they are ready to buy. “Everyone’s journey will be different so it is easier to organize your favorite houses according to your goals and preferences.
Users can share their lists with other users. These lists can be shared with roommates or buyers.
Redfin vice president of product Ariel Dos Santos stated, “It’s just like useful for a renter keeping trackof apartments in different neighborhoods as for someone looking for their first home or an inside designer browsing the latest home trends.”
This new tool comes on the heels Redfin’s new energy cost estimates in partnership to energy software company WattBuy.
The company partnered with Zoneomics, an AI-powered real estate intelligence company powered by machine learning, to add zoning information to more than 70,000,000 homes. This was done in order to “democratize” access zoning data throughout North America.
Redfin is currently present in more than 100 countries across the U.S.
