After seven years, the Hottinger Team returns home to Douglas Elliman

According to Inman, Richard Hottinger and his seven-member group, The Hottinger Team have left The Corcoran Group following a seven year stint. They are now back with Douglas Elliman.
“Richard and his group’s track record of success in two of most dominant real-estate markets in the world speaks volumes and we are delighted to have them as part the Elliman family,” Howard M. Lorber (Dow Elliman’s executive chair) told Inman.
Hottinger explained to Inman that the brokerage offered the opportunity to “work on more development projects and to establish an even stronger foothold in Miami.”
The team was closely associated with Douglas Elliman almost six years before moving to Corcoran. Hottinger worked as a solo salesperson for Stribling & Associates before forming the team.
Norma-Jean Callahan joined Hottinger At Corcoran in 2021 to create the Hottinger-Callahan Team. Callahan is a New York and Florida real estate broker and the sales director at The Shore Club Private Collection at Douglas Elliman.
Hottinger will be responsible to sell the condominium Diesel Wynwood, a Florida-based condominium. He is also a Douglas Elliman employee. The website describes the condo as a “bohemian Loft-style architecture that pays homage to the iconic Soho neighborhood of Manhattan.”
The offices of the team will be located in New York and Florida. They will serve and operate in these two states.
In the last two years, Hottinger has closed transactions worth $250 million. The team includes Frank Lulgjuraj and Adam Hernandez, Sari ingerman, Gabriella Abdelnour and Melissa Au-Yueng.
The team was ranked 48th among the top medium teams in New York by RealTrends in 2021.
