Corcoran opens its first European affiliate

The 2023 expansion by Corcoran is a significant one. The firm announced Monday the launch of its first European affiliate.
Maddalena Magri, owner and director of Corcoran Magri Properties, is based in Northern Italy, near Lake Garda.
“As our global footprint continues to grow, and our network of exceptional affiliates network, I’m thrilled that we can make our way to the European market, specifically to Italy,” Pamela Liebman (the president and CEO of the Corcoran Group) said in a statement. “The Magri team has always taken pride in making every client’s Lake Garda dream a reality. Their dedication to client service aligns perfectly with Corcoran’s core values and culture when we partner with affiliates.
Corcoran stated that Lake Garda, the country’s largest lake, is a popular spot for expatriates, local vacationers, and city dwellers seeking a break from their daily grind.
Immobiliare Magri was founded in 1987 by Luigi Magri. It is now known as Corcoran Magri Properties. Luigi Magri started his career in real estate in the 1950s. In 1993, his daughter Maddalena Magri took over the business operations, growth, and influence of the firm. In 2000, the firm opened its current office in Garda in Corso Italia.
Maddalena Magri, co-owner Francesco Visentin and majority control of the firm in 2013, grew the brokerage.
Visentin stated that they were excited to introduce Corcoran to their business, clients, and the entire Lake Garda market. We are confident that this partnership will bring our business to new heights thanks to Corcoran’s dedicated support, marketing and education opportunities.
Corcoran has welcomed new members to its affiliate network since February 2020 when it launched in Georgia, Connecticut and Tennessee.
