Davis Saadian Group is a partner with Aaron Kirman’s AKG brokerage

Christie’s International Real Estate, a top L.A. real estate broker who starred in CNBC’s “Listing Impossible,” has partnered with Davis Saadian’s team, the Davis Saadian Group.
Saadian stated that Aaron’s partnership will allow the team to deliver a stronger commercial real estate portfolio to their highly-selected clientele while also expanding our team into high-end residential real property.
Kirman’s team currently includes 160 agents and 14 full-time support personnel. Saadian’s team will now join Kirman’s.
The partnership’s goal is to diversify AKG’s portfolio to offer clients investment opportunities. The group will concentrate on luxury listings in areas such as Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Malibu.
Saadian, a multifamily investment and development specialist, will be leading the company’s expansion and commercial real estate division.
Kirman stated that the partnership reflects the growing trend toward mixed-use buildings. This will allow Kirman to offer a wider range of investment opportunities to his discerning clients. “This new division offers many avenues for growth, both within the new section and for our company as a whole.
AKG has sold luxury real estate in excess of $14 billion and closed more than $1.6 million in sales in 2022. In the mega team category, RealTrends America’s Top Rankings 2022, California ranked the company fourth.
The Davis Saadian Group has closed more than $285,000,000 in sales in 2022 with a total of $1.2 billion in sales. The group recently sold a portfolio of 11 student housing properties in downtown Los Angeles to University of Southern California for $28.5million. It also co-listed a Bel-Air listing worth $33 million with Kirman.
Saadian began his career at Marcus & Millichap as a commercial real-estate broker. Before forming Saadian Investments, Inc., in 2012, he was the senior vice president of commercial property at BRC Advisors. He oversaw the acquisition, repositioning, and development of multifamily and residential properties.
This partnership comes one week after Morgan Trent (president of Trent Luxury, former cornerback for the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals), announced his departure from Compass to join AKG. Trent’s total sales exceed $8 billion.
Kirman and his team also quit Compass last November to start their own company in partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate.
