Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, a Texas-based independent real estate brokerage, has appointed Diyanna Ahuja its first director.
Rogers Healy is the CEO and owner of RHA. He stated, “We’re in 17 years at RHA and we’re just starting,”. “It’s an honor to pass the torch of operations to someone who will give us all the potential to elevate.”
Before joining RHA, Ahuja was the head of operations at Compass and the operations manager. Her professional career spans two decades in luxury retail and real-estate technology.
According to Healy, Ahuja will now be responsible for leading a team that includes more than 500 agents. She will also assist in daily operations, including mentoring and training RHA’s support departments.
Ahuja stated, “It’s inspiring seeing the community and camaraderie RHA,” It’s an honor and a privilege to be a part, and to work alongside Rogers. His enthusiasm for what we can contribute to the table is amazing.”
Ahuja is currently a Texas real estate license holder.
RHA was featured by RealTrends 500 in the volume category in 2022. The company was founded in 2006 and projected to generate $1 billion in revenue by 2022.
