Engel & Volkers expands Ohio with two new locations

Engel & Volkers announced Thursday its entry into two new Ohio markets, Cleveland and Columbus. According to the firm, a growing number of Americans are looking for homes in these markets, which are “in the heart” of America.
Anthony Hitt, president & CEO of Engel & Volkers Americas, says Columbus has a variety of neighborhoods, restaurants, cultural hubs, outdoor spaces with parks, and water bodies. This adds to the “draw of midwest.”
Hitt stated that Engel & Volkers recently published a report about the rising popularity of America’s heartland market as consumers look to establish primary or secondary residences in affordable, neighborhood-oriented places that offer many of the same lifestyle amenities and benefits as coastal markets.
License partners Brad Winter, Paige Winter, and Elias Pappan will lead the Columbus location, while Inna Muravin will lead the Cleveland location.
Hitt states that Cleveland was ranked among the top 50 U.S. real estate markets, showing steady growth. This is one of the reasons Engel & Volkers entered the market at the right time.
Hitt stated that there are many opportunities for affordable investment and growth in this market. These opportunities have led to some of the highest long-term returns in the United States in the past ten years.
Paige Winter stated that the Columbus firm will use Engel & Volkers’ advisor and network resources to “expand [their] skills, network, and global reach.”
The Winters are Ohio natives and have more than a decade of combined experience in the real estate, business, and leadership space. They serve homebuyers as well as sellers in Central Ohio.
Pappan has previous experience in entrepreneurship in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.
Brad Winter stated that this was the best time to join Engel & Volkers because of the “massive shift in the real-estate market.”
He stated in a prepared statement that “they [consumers] want education, information and service at a higher level than ever.” This is how we have operated our business since the beginning. Having a global brand that shares our values allows us to provide a better service for Columbus residents.
Inna Muravin is the managing broker for the Cleveland office. She has more than 18 years experience in real estate. She also managed the Distinct Home Group at Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan.
According to the statement Muravins’ team plans to expand their business in northeast Ohio and open four more locations within six years.
According to the statement, the Cleveland office will be in Landerwood Plaza in Pepper Pike. It will serve Northeast Ohio markets: Cuyahoga, Summit and Geauga, Lake and Lorain, Lake, Lorain and Lake, Lorain.
According to the release, the Cleveland firm will strive to establish “a new standard in personalized luxury service across all price ranges” in the service areas.
Inna Muravin stated that real estate has become a transactional, fast-paced industry. They are focused on selling and little else. “Consumer attitudes are shifting towards superior customer service. These values will be merged with the best realty professionals in Northeast Ohio to create a new standard for service.
Engel & Volkers expanded North Carolina this January with three new locations in the Carolina foothills: two in Morganton, one in Nebo.
