The leadership team at eXp Realty Canada is changing. According to an announcement made by the firm on Monday, John Tsai was named president of eXp Realty Canada.
Tsai has over 15 years of experience in real estate and is currently the No. According to the release, Tsai is currently the No. 10 agent in the Greater Vancouver area. The Canadian Agent Advisory Council and eXp World Holdings corporate leaders confirmed that he was a suitable candidate for the position.
Glenn Sanford, CEO of eXp Realty said that John brings an incredible amount of energy, passion, and expertise to the real estate industry. “Our Canadian business has grown at an incredible rate over the past year and we need a strong leader in order to maintain this momentum. John is well-positioned to accomplish this while focusing on the unique Canadian agent value proposition.
Tsai was also promoted to vice-president of growth by Nadia Habib, and Nathalie Goodyer to vice-president of operations.
Habib’s new role will see her focus on Canada’s expansion, as well as agent retention and attraction. Goodyer will be responsible for improving the brokerage’s operations and the agent experience.
