eXp welcomes another top producing mega team

eXp Realty welcomed another top-producing team to its ranks just a week after it announced Kendall Bonner, a top Tampa-based broker-owner. eXp Realty announced Thursday that it would be welcoming Keri Shull, a Washington, D.C.-based broker, and her super team of over 40 agents to its firm.
Shull and her team serve clients in D.C. and Maryland. They have been working together for eight years and are now moving to Glenn Sanford’s firm.
“We are looking at shifting market where the realty industry is changing, these larger teams and independent brokers are running on thin margins so when there are some interruptions to the marketplace, and maybe there are fewer transactions, the idea for an eXp makes incredible logic to them,” Michael Valdes said, chief growth officer at eXp.
“They join this global platform and start looking at their operational expenses. A lot of these things are not their personal responsibility but they keep their integrity. They also continue to build their brand and culture within the team. It is a compelling argument.
Shull and her team will not only increase eXp’s agent count but also help eXp’s bottom line. Her team was ranked No. Her team was ranked 2nd in Virginia’s mega (over 21 agents), after recording 1,096 transaction sides. This resulted in a total sales volume of $725.029 Million in 2021.
eXp Realty was the brokerage that closed the most transactions in 2022. It was ranked first in the soon to be announced 2023 RealTrends 500 rankings by transaction sides.
