Great Life RE leaves eXp for The Real Brokerage

The Real Brokerage Inc., a cloud-based real estate company, announced Friday that Great Life RE, LLC, a Tennessee-based residential realty group, has joined Real from eXp Realty, LLC. Real’s presence in eastern Tennessee is now expanded by the addition.
Great Life agents serve Knoxville, Florida, and North Carolina. They generated $100 million in sales in 2022. Jones and Cippel founded the company in 2017 as an independent brokerage.
“We are delighted to welcome Lainey, Eleanor, and the rest from the Great Life RE group into The Real Brokerage family. They will be a great addition our collaborative culture,” Sharran Srivatsaa, Real president, stated in a prepared statement.
Jones is a top-producing agent who specializes in lake and waterfront properties in east Tennessee. She started her career as an appraiser in Florida and became an agent in 2007.
Jones worked six years at RE/MAX as a lake specialist and broker before co-founding Great Life.
Jones stated, “We founded Great Life with the vision of creating a better environment for agents.” Real’s connected culture and the value of ‘Work Hard. “Be Kind.” fits with the way we have created Great Life and helped us attract some of our best agents.
Cippel is an agent who specializes in luxury and lake-home real estate. He also coaches agents.
Cippel is a licensed real estate agent and has also worked as a marketing, media, and innovation executive. Before co-founding Great Life, she held positions at EW Scripps and The Denver Post, Digital First Media Inc., Coats2Coats, and The Denver Post.
Cippel stated in the statement, “We’ve been following the growth and momentum of Real and wanted to join a brand that not only grows but also shares our core value set.” Real is focused on eliminating silos, and making sure agents are well-positioned for long-term success.
Real was established in 2014. It currently serves 45 states and D.C. with over 9,000 agents. Real’s CEO and chairman Tamir Poleg stated that the network grew its agent base by more 108% in 2022. It recently acquired Expetitle (now Real Title) and LemonBrew Lending, a home loan platform.
