According to a Thursday announcement, the Houston-based Garcia Real Estate Group will join Keller Williams after leaving Compass.
Haley Garcia founded the team in 2015, after selling her boutique independent brokerage firm. Garcia is a specialist in luxury listings but she and her team also work with buyers as well as sellers of all budgets.
Garcia stated that Keller Williams’ partnerships with Mansion Global, Wall Street Journal and other publications increase exposure for luxury real estate. They provide technology and structure that are unique to large-scale real estate teams. This is something that other firms don’t offer. They provide the infrastructure for us to expand into multiple markets, which adds great value to our clients.”
Garcia, a long-standing business coach, announced that she has partnered with KW MAPS Coaching.
The Garcia Real Estate Group was No. According to the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best rankings, 12 large-sized teams were ranked based on Texas sales volume. The ranking was based on the group’s $128.844 Million in sales volume for 2021. The team was also ranked No. 28 among large Texas teams based on transaction side count, having recorded 197 transaction sides in 2021.
