Luxury Presence launches a new set of tools for agents

Luxury Presence, a real estate marketing company, launched a new range of offerings that included brokerage websites, branding services, SEO and marketing tools to agents.
The new solutions include IDX-integrated agents subdomain sites, lead route, a Moxi integration and enhancements to its comparative markets analysis, property import, real-time editing, as well as the option to add off market listings.
Malte Kramer (professional athlete, founder and CEO of Luxury Presence) said that the new features were specifically designed for brokerages and teams. “They help them grow their businesses while providing sophisticated software tools to their agents and branding solutions to them.”
The company claims to offer brand identity development, logos and customized websites as well as SEO tools such points of interest, walkability scores and automated image search engine optimization.
Kramer stated, “It was clear that Enterprise features were needed to support the needs organizations ranging between 10 and 10,000 agents.”
According to a statement, Luxury Presence clients include Carolwood Estates and Village Properties, Revel Real Estates, Revel Real Estates, Edge Realty, Aston Rose. Century 21 SGR, RE/MAX Destiny and Gulf Coast International Properties.
Luxury Presence launched new tools last November for agents and brokers to increase their online presence. These tools included On-Demand ads, a neighborhood information gathering tool Our Neighborhood Data, and On-Demand ads for lead generation.
Kramer stated that the tools were developed in anticipation of a market shift and to provide agents with the best solutions to drive business growth in the current market environment.
Global Collective, a referral network for top-producing agents, teams, and individuals with an average sales career exceeding $1 billion, was launched by the company in October 2022.
The company’s clients were included in the 2022 RealTrends Website rankings for several categories. Luxury Presence is a SaaS company that serves more than 7,000 clients. It acquired WorkClout, a quality management company, in January 2008.
