The Real Brokerage has added a large team to celebrate its biggest ever addition. The Jason Martin Group, which consists of 20 people, announced Thursday that it was joining The Real Brokerage.
Jason Martin and John Coleman are the team’s leaders based in Washington, D.C.

Martin has over 20 years of experience in the real-estate industry. He co-founded Keller Williams Capital Partners in 2005. He remained there until he joined @properties.
Coleman joined Martin’s team as a showing assistant in 2015. He eventually became a managing partner.

The Jason Martin Group was ranked fifth in Washington, D.C., based on transaction sides, in the 2022 RealTrend America’s Best rankings. They had 237 sides and $143.9 million in sales volume for 2021. According to the release, the team was also the @properties highest-producing team in the D.C. metropolitan area.
