Redfin Premier expands its luxury real estate service

Redfin Premier, its luxury realty service Redfin Premier, has been expanded nationwide by the tech-powered brokerage based in Seattle, Redfin said in a Wednesday statement. Redfin Premier agents are now available to assist consumers in buying or selling luxury homes in any market Redfin serves.
Redfin Premier vice-president Mia Simon said, “Redfin Premier helped thousands of homeowners to sell their luxury homes. That experience has taught us a lot what it means for high-end service.”
Since 2020, Redfin has provided the luxury realty service to home sellers. Redfin Premier agents are now available in over 100 markets across the country. This brokerage now offers this service to homebuyers.
Redfin Premier matches luxury property buyers and sellers with an agent who has the required experience in luxury properties. They also provide concierge services to their clients for renovations.
Premier also includes video tours, property photography and drone views. Remote buyers can also get interactive 3D scans.
Redfin charges a listing charge of 1% to its customers and no additional fees for its Premier agent service. The statement notes.
Redfin claims that its Premier agents have closed nearly three times more high-end deals than any other Redfin agent. According to Redfin, luxury listings receive 600 million views each year.
Redfin Premier is not available to all homes.
The service is available for homes priced at or above $1,750,000 San Francisco; $1,500,000 Los Angeles and Orange County; and $1,250,000 in Hawaii, New York, San Diego, and Seattle; $1,000,000 in Boston, Washington, D.C. Flagstaff, Lake Tahoe, Maryland, Miami, New Mexico, Palm Springs, and Virginia; and $850,000 in all markets.
Redfin was launched in 2006 and is currently present in over 100 markets in the U.S. as well as Canada.
