South Carolina brokerage joins Better Homes and Gardens Network

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, (BHGRE), announced Thursday its affiliation to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Palmetto. The company has offices in Charleston and Goose Creek in South Carolina.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Palmetto was established in 2021 by Terry and Aimee Peterson. It currently serves the greater Charleston area, including Berkeley and Charleston.
Aimee Peterson stated, “Our affiliated agents’ feedback and after surveying them the overwhelming need was for better brand recognition.” “I am excited to be affiliated with a brand I grew up with, and a name agents will recognize.”
According to the statement, the firm has experienced rapid growth in recent years. It went from seven to sixty agents in just two years. A number of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Palmetto agents received the 2022 REALTORS of Distinction Award from the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS.

Equinox Real Estate, a Eugene, Oregon-based brokerage, became affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Equinox last month. Better Homes and Gardens promoted Jason Nicosia, the brand’s senior vice-president of franchise sales, to the position in January.
BHG, a subsidiary to Anywhere Real Estate Inc. has almost 12,600 independent sales associates, and approximately 420 offices in the U.S. and Canada.
