United Real Estate and eXp are the top volume movers

The housing market saw a decline in 2022. However, these companies did better than that market by increasing their sales year over year.
Glenn Sanford, the CEO of virtual brokerage eXp Realty, won the top spot with a $27 million increase in volume between 2021-2022 in the 2023 RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings. These rankings are based upon 2022 sales data.
United Real Estate acquired thousands more agents last year, with at least five mergers by 2022. These acquisitions also raised the firm’s overall ranking up to No. 7 in transaction sides and No. 10 in sales volume. 10 in sales volume. Between 2021 and 2022, the firm saw an increase in sales volume of $6.6 billion.
@properties grew to No. 8 in the last two years with an eye on expansion. 8 in terms of sales volume and transaction side in the overall rankings. They also increased their year-overyear volume by $.56 trillion
Fathom Holdings, The Agency and The Agency round out the top five. They were both top movers in terms of sales volume as well as transactions.
