Ximplifi adds an Owner Portal to the Automation Suite for Short Term Rental Accounting

Ximplifi has recently launched the Owner Portal for property managers using their VRPlatform software. This will allow them to overcome the challenges of monthly owner statements.
The new functionality addresses the most difficult part of vacation rental management: creating, sending, and reviewing monthly owners statements. The existing owner statement modules are not flexible enough to provide the level of detail and flexibility that owners need. They also face accounting challenges such as reconciling owner revenues, recording expenses and managing commissions.
The Owner Portal is now part of VRPlatform. Managers can automate guest invoices, payments and management commissions. They can also create customized owner statements and payouts that show exactly what their owners want. All this from one secure hub.
Jesse Ehret is Ximplifi’s Founder, CXO and stated the following about the new software functionality. “We work hard for our clients to give them real-time insights into their businesses and give their owners accurate and timely owner statements.
