According to a Wednesday announcement, top New York City agents Charlie Homet, and John Brandon will be leaving Compass to start their own firm, Archpoint Advisory in partnership with Side brokerage.
Archpoint Advisory will assist buyers and sellers by focusing on brownstone and waterfront Brooklyn homes as well as downtown Manhattan properties.
Homet stated in a statement that “our goal is to gather like-minded, exceptional brokerages who will create highly personalized and tailor-made experiences centered on trust and transparency for all our future and potential clients.”
Homet and Brandon have a combined 33 years in the real estate industry and more than $500 million in sales volume. They are excited to work with Side to help grow their brand.
Brandon stated in a statement that “Partnering With Side allows us to redirect our energy to only be focused on clients, affording them the ability to build long-lasting relationships and facilitate greater growth in New York City and beyond.”
