Curbio’s new campaign claims that Curbio’s agent listings will increase by 47%

Curbio, Inc., a Maryland-based home improvement company, launched a new marketing campaign to help agents prepare homes for the market.
Curbio repairs homes to market them. It only charges if the property sells.
The campaign, “No Risk, No Reward”, highlights the company’s services. It also includes pre-sale updates and home improvement solutions. Curbio claims that Curbio’s projects can increase selling prices by $80,000 on average and reduce the time it takes to complete projects and days on market by nearly half.
“Our goal is for agents to be equipped with a pre-listing solution that will produce a desirable outcome and win agents more listings,” Olivia Mariani, Curbio chief marketing officer, stated. “We know that building a business is all about maintaining a positive reputation for your clients and providing a great selling experience.
A promo code can be used to get homeowners a $500 cash incentive for projects that begin between January 30 and June 30, 2023.
Curbio has updated its website and brand this month.
The company closed a $25m credit facility with Cambridge Trust in August. In January 2022, it also closed a $65m Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to $90m.
Brokerages such as RE/MAX and HomeServices of America, Long & Foster and @properties are currently the company’s partners. Curbio has expanded to the Cincinnati, Kansas City, and St. Louis markets in the last month.
