Miles Nadal, founder and CEO of Peerage Kapital Group, will be speaking at Gathering of Eagles, June 18-21, 2023.
Nadal started his business career by founding Multi-Disciplinary Communications, later MDC Partners Inc., a venture he started in high school after discovering his passion for photography. MDC Partners Inc. has grown from a one-man business to a billion-dollar company.
Nadal was the founder of Peerage Capital since his days at MDC Partners Inc. The privately-owned investment company is committed to entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and thought leadership. Peerage Realty Partners is the luxury real estate partner of Sotheby’s International Realty, and other high-end brands.
Peerage Capital follows Nadal’s 12 principles for partnership. This strategy was developed to find partners he wanted to work with. These principles, which require that you only partner with someone with whom you can spend the weekend on a small boat, are central to Nadal’s belief that human capital is the most powerful form capital.
Nadal is also passionate about philanthropy. He is determined to make a difference around the world. He has donated his time and money to many charities and organizations, including the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Center.
Nadal will be on stage for 15 minutes on June 20th during the CEO Playbook series.
