Rapattoni expands Restb.AI partnership to include full MLS product suite

Rapattoni Corporation, a California-based MLS software provider, announced Monday that it has updated the terms of the agreement in order to include all additional solutions within Restb.AI’s MLS Products Suite.
“We are thrilled to offer the complete suite of Restb.AI technology stack to our MLS clients, allowing brokers and agents to take advantage the industry’s leading tools to automated image tagging and matching, validation,” Nicholas Hook (Rapattoni’s chief architect, chief information officer) stated in a prepared statement.
Restb.AI analyzes images of property to provide insight on real estate at the “image listing, and market” levels.
The new solutions include photo tagging and Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design compliance (ADA), auto-population listing details and enhanced search capabilities for customers and agents.
In a statement, Lisa Larson, Restb.AI’s North America managing director, stated that “There is nothing more satisfying than hearing back from you partner, they are happy using your technology stack, and therefore want to increase upon it.” It has been a pleasure to work with Rapattoni’s technology and business units. They are focused on delivering the next-gen MLS AI Platform to customers.
Restb.AI’s technology analyses images and automatically populates listing details from them, according to a company statement. It modernizes and speeds-up the listing entry process by doing this.
Restb.AI “analyzes” and “automatically detects each image’s interior or exterior features, architecture style, room type, and room type when images are uploaded to it,” according to the statement.
It does this by using its MLS Match Photo solution. This matches interior and exterior property features through “creating visual similar searches” and allows agents to “search MLS active listings inventory by uploading photos and finding photos with the same features or tags.”
Once the photos have been tagged and labeled the property listings on MLS, broker, or agent/Realtors websites are ADA compliant.
Restb.AI Photo Compliance can detect misuses of listing photos as well as corresponding violations, as part of its photo monitoring process. Its API detects “logos and watermarks, yard signs and people, license plates, duplicates, and yard signs”, among other things.
