Recruiting Insight launches a new marketplace for hiring teams

RecruitingInsight provides insights and services to real estate brokerages and teams. Recently, it announced the launch its four-market hiring marketplace, which includes Orlando, Dallas and Phoenix.
“We are excited about expanding our recruitment solutions for the real estate sector and helping team leaders acquire the talent that they need to deliver consistent quality service, and sales,” said Ben Hess (Managing Partner at RecruitingInsight).
The candidate sourcing solution solves one of the most important problems in the industry. Harvard Business Review article about hiring suggests that businesses have never done as many hirings and spent less money on it.
According to the Society for Human Resource Management, businesses spend $4,129 on average per job in the United States.
The Hiring Marketplace solves this problem by performing the heavy lifting at a lower cost per candidate. This allows busy real estate brokers and team leaders to concentrate on driving the business and attracting the best pre-screened candidates.
Since 1995, RecruitingInsight has been providing various products to the real estate industry. The Hiring Marketplace is an extension that of that success.
Scott Nelson, Comey & Shepherd Realtors CEO, stated that “The RecruitingInsight Team has provided us with a steady stream of high-quality recruitment leads for many years.” I am excited to see the new phase of support.”
Mark Johnson, a Managing Partners at RecruitingInsight, stated that the company had conducted initial testing in Southern Florida and gathered feedback from customers and candidates. Now, the company is ready to launch in four markets: San Diego, Dallas, Phoenix and Phoenix. In 2023 and beyond, additional markets will be added.
“We help candidates get matched up with high-performing teams in real estate. Johnson stated that we take care of the heavy lifting for the team leader so they can concentrate on what is most important: leading the business.”
Despite the current market conditions and challenging sales environment, there is still a lot of interest in a career in real estate sales. The company reports a strong flow for candidate inquiries. The selection rate is competitive with almost 20% of applicants moving on to the next phase. This helps Team Leaders find quality candidates who can get into production quicker.
Tidemark was founded in 2005. In 2015, the company was rebranded to ThirdPool and most recently, the RecruitingInsight brand umbrella. The company offers three services to the real estate industry: ThirdPool and CoRecruit.
