Revive Real Estate, a Presale Home Renovation Company, has partnered with NextHome, an independent franchise in real estate to provide move-in ready homes for clients of more than 5,500 NextHome agents located in 610 offices across 48 States. The companies announced Tuesday.
“NextHome is a franchise that will be around for the future,” Revive CEO and founder Michael Alladawi stated in a prepared statement. He added, “Together we can deliver more buyers’ desires in today’s market: move in ready homes.”
NextHome and Revive can now offer Revive’s presale remodeling solutions through the partnership. This will allow NextHome to unlock more inventory. NextHome will be able to list more market-ready homes, which will not require any payments from the sellers until closing.
According to the statement, 43% of all homebuyers are millennials. 70% of millennial homebuyers will choose a smaller, move-in-ready house over larger homes that need work.
CoreLogic data shows that the Millennial generation accounted for the largest proportion of home-purchase mortgage applications over the past six years. CoreLogic data shows that the Millennial homebuyer market reached its peak in 2022 with 54% of all home-purchase applications.
Revive claims that home sellers lose 15-20% of their potential profits if their homes aren’t renovated or ready for occupancy.
The company also acts as a home concierge service, and there are no upfront costs until the home sells. It offers services such as interior remodeling, roof repairs, renovation estimates, and contractors.
Keith Robinson, NextHome chief strategy officer, stated that preparing a property to sell requires many tasks such as “sprucing up its paint, installing new carpets and tidying up its landscaping.”
Robinson said Revive is a powerful tool that can help clients and you fix up the property to make it more marketable. It’s a turning-point in this changing market and can really make your listing stand out.
Revive renovations can be completed in as little as one week. They are also quick and affordable.
According to the company, listed homes are more popular than homes that have not been renovated. To supervise the work of contractors, the company has designers, planners, and construction workers.
Revive founder and COO Dalip Jaggi stated that homeowners have a $300 billion profit opportunity through the sale of their homes. He also pointed out that Revive has helped homeowners make more than $60 million in additional income.
Revive sellers also earn an average profit of $186,000 more than renovation costs and a 250% return. According to Jaggi, Revive sellers can make more in high-cost markets, which allows them to get higher commissions and 40% more listings.
Revive, which operates in all 50 US states, recently acquired Washington, D.C.-based presale renovation company HomePrep and partnered with Florida-based brokerage The Keyes Company.
