CubiCasa’s MLS Partner Program has five more MLSs

CubiCasa, a Finnish proptech company, is expanding its multi-listing service partnership program. The firm announced Tuesday that the Montana Regional MLS, Valley MLS and South Tahoe Association of Realtors (STAOR), West Arizona MLS(WARDEX), Omni MLS had joined their program.
“We are confident that CubiCasa’s user-friendly technology, quick turnaround, and speedy delivery will help our agents quickly add floor plans to their listings,” Justin Ponton (CEO of Montana Regional MLS) stated in a statement.
The program was launched in December 2022 and has attracted nine MLS agencies based in Arizona, California, Georgia (Mexico), Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico. Utah, Vermont, and Latin America.
PrimeMLS, a MLS that serves more than 11,000 members in the Northeast, and UtahRealEstate.com serve approximately 20,000 real-estate professionals throughout Utah.
CubiCasa president Jeff Allen said that he was thrilled by the number of MLS associations that have signed up for our program to give their agents the tools they need to succeed in today’s changing real estate market. “We are expanding our program offerings and welcome MLSs looking to provide their members with an easy to use, free floor plan tool that will better serve their customers.
Members can get floor plans based on their scans for free, as well as a discount rate on some add-on features. They also have access to a directory of CubiCasa real estate photographers.
Clear Capital acquired the digital floor plan company in September 2021.
