Rick Davidson is Cairn Real Estate Holdings LLC’s CEO. He will speak at DealMakers, June 18, 2023.
The session “What’s Changed?” will be held. The World of M&A Today will feature Davidson and other industry leaders such as Scott Wright and Steve Murray, RealTrends consultants. These industry leaders will discuss recent changes in business value, deal structures, and approaches to brokerage adaptation.
Participants will be able to get an insider’s view of the worlds of mergers and acquisitions. Experts such as Davidson will offer advice. Davidson has led teams that span multiple organizational cultures. He was, for example, the global CEO of Century 21 Real Estate as well as chief operating officer at Coldwell Banker Commercial. His business knowledge was key to many of his company decisions, but Davidson credits his alpine mountaineering experience for his team leadership skills.

Davidson believes that doing good is as important as doing right. He is also the Easterseals national chairman, and a board member. The charity raises more than $2B every year.
