RentSpree, a rental management software provider, has partnered up with SkySlope, which is a full-service transaction technology solution proptech to integrate RentSpree’s tenant screening platform and rental application with SkySlope’s transactional management capabilities.
According to Tuesday’s statement, the partnership’s goal is to streamline the rental process and save time for agents.

SkySlope was founded in 2011 and provides solutions for real-estate transactions, from contract to closing. It currently serves over 650,000 real estate professionals in the U.S. and Canada, and manages close to 3 million transactions annually.
RentSpree, a Los Angeles-based rental software company, offers a range of tools including background and credit checks and rent estimates, renters insurance, rent payments and marketing. This year, the company was named one of HousingWire’s Tech100 honorees. It aims to connect real-estate agents, owners, and renters to automate the rental process and reduce time and effort through digitization.
The company has partnered to more than 250 MLSs, brokerages, and real estate associations, and serves more than one million U.S. users.
