Keller Williams, a real estate franchise, announced Tuesday that Orlando-based Ken Pozek Group joined its network.
Over the past two years, the Ken Pozek Group has sold more than $322 million in real-estate sales volume. This includes 386 units in 2022 which totalled $197 million in volume sales and 285 units (or $125.7 million) in 2021.
Ken Pozak spoke about the franchise, saying that “it’s the community and it’s culture and it’s who it is.”
In a prepared statement, Pozek stated that Ken Pozek Group had been focusing on marketing “since the downturn of housing.”
This includes a focus online marketing which Pozak uses to produce videos about “emerging towns” in the Orlando region.
Pozek stated that in 2018, the marketing team switched to YouTube. “In the last five years, we have millions of views and hundreds of leads every month through YouTube. After we had figured this out, we began to explore other ways we could get into people’s lives so that we can be there when they buy or sell.
Keller Williams stated in a prepared statement, that the franchise is looking at training opportunities with Pozek in order to “leverage [his best practices] to lead generate on Social Media.”
Pozek began his professional real estate career in 2003 as an appraiser and real estate investor at Ken Pozek LLC, Detroit. He then joined KW.
After 11 years at Ken Pozek LLC for 11 years, Pozek started The Orlando Real in 2021. In July 2022, he moved to The Real Brokerage as an agent in real estate.
Keller Williams, a franchise based in Austin, Texas, currently has over 1,100 offices and more than 200,000 associates. Keller Williams brings 21 real estate agents, six marketing staff members, as well as four members of the marketing department.
